MIXED VEGETABLE SPROUT URAD DAL SALAD
This salad I tasted in my Tupperware Assembly. It tasted so yum. My family members liked this.
INGREDIENTS
Black urad dal 1 cup
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Capsicum - 1
Cucumber - 1
Carrot - 1
Lime juice - 2 tbsp
pepper powder and salt as per taste
How to make
- Soak black urad dal for 8 hrs, strain and tie in a muslin cloth for 8 hrs. your sprouts is ready.
- Chop finely all the vegetables.
- Add lime juice , salt and pepper and toss well.
- Healthy salad is ready.
