RADDISH RAITA / MULANGI PACHADI
In summers my kids love to have raita. This learnt from my MIL. When I saw her making the first time , I was not sure about the taste. But when i tasted , it was Yum. My kids love this.
INGREDIENTS
Radish - 2 no
Curd - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Green chili / pepper powder as per taste
Oil , mustard seeds, split urad dal for tempering
METHOD
Peel the skin of radish and grate it.
Whisk the curd with a spoon add grated radish, salt and pepper powder.
Heat oil in a pan and temper mustard seeds and urad dhal. If you are adding green chili instead of pepper powder you can add with tempering.
Serve with sambar rice, vathakuambhu or with roti.

Love this radish raitha, wish to have with some vegetable pulao.
