KURKURE BHINDHI (BAKED)

All are at home and something or other I have to make for evening snack. Instead of deep frying I thought of baking it. Turned out very nice and crisp. 







INGREDIENTS 

ladys finger - 250 gms
Gram flour - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 2 TSP
Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp
chilli powder - 2 tsp
Salt to taste 
oil - 3 tsp


METHOD

Slit the ladys finger in to thin pieces as show in the picture and try to remove the seeds as much as possible.



In a bowl combine the ladys finger, turmeric  powder, salt and chilli powder.  Let it sit for 10 minutes.




Add gram flour, rice flour , oil and mix well.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees .



In a baking tray spread aluminium foil, and spread  the ladys finger evenly.  



Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes ,  stir in between. 
If it hasn't  done cook for few more minutes.

NOTE

cooking time may be differ according to oven.
you can add chat masala or gram masala.
