KARA SEV FOR ICC
This is the first time i am trying kara sev in home. I just followed valli's recipe. I didn't have kara sev maker, i made it in murukku maker and cut it.
Besan - 2 1/2 cups
Rice flour - 1 cup
Chili powder - 1/4 tbsp
pepper powder - 1 tsp
Ghee - 2 1/2 tsp
cooking soda one pinch
salt
Oil for frying
Method:
Sieve gram flour and rice flour , add chili powder , pepper powder and salt, ghee, mix well , add water and make it like a poori dough and make kara sev and Deep fry in oil.
