VEGETABLE KOTHU PAROTTA

This dish is one  of my favorite , which I order when I go out to eat out. I made this from some leftover paarathas for evening snack. 




INGREDIENTS


Parotta - 4
Onion - 1
Tomato -1
Capsicum -1
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chili powder -1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste 
Oil, mustard seeds, urad dhal 

METHOD

Cut the parottas into small pieces. 




In a pan add oil, mustard seeds and urad dhal. After it splutters add chopped onions, saute it. Add chopped  tomato, turmeric powder, chili powder and salt to it. 


When the raw smell goes add chopped capsicum and saute well. 


Add the parottas and mix well.
