This recipe i read in a Tamil magazine and i tried it. It was good. This is made with nenthrampazam, the raw ones will be used to make chips.


Banana ( big and well riped) – 1
Sugar, ghee- 3 tbsp, cashew nuts for garnishing


cut the bananas in round shape with the peel.
Arrange it in a plate and cook in microwave high for 2 minutes
Peel the skin and mash well
Measure the pulp and add three fourth quantity of sugar.
Close with a lid and cook in high for 5 to 6 minutes.
Add ghee and cook without lid for 6 to 8 minutes, Stir in between.
Give standing time of 5 minutes and garnish with cashew nuts.
