I tried this recipe after tasting in a restaurant and it came out well. This is one of my kids favourite.
for white sauce:
milk - 4 cups, pepper powder - 1/2 tsps
corn flour - 3 tsps Oregano - 1/2 tsp
butter - 1 tsps
mushrooms (cooked)- 1/2 cup
cooked pasta - 3 cups
1. Heat butter in a pan and fry corn flour till the raw smell goes.
2. Add milk and stir continuously without any lumps
3. After 5 minutes add pepper powder, salt and oregano.
When the sauce is ready add cooked pasta and mushroom.
(you can add sweet corns instead of mushroom)
