SCHEZWAN NOODLES WITH MUSHROOM

This is one of the favourites of my kids. They will finish it fast whenever i give this. My husband also likes this as a evening snack. I tried with mushrooms it came out well.


Ingredients

Noodles – 1 packet
Mushroom – 200 gms
Onion (sliced in long pieces) - 1
Schezwan Sauce – 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
oil

Method

Cook Noodles as per the instruction and wash with cool water and toss with one table spoon of oil and keep it aside.
In a pan heat oil and saute onions.
Add mushrooms and cook till the mushrooms exude juices and completely cook.
Add the tomato sauce, schezwan sauce . cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add salt and soy sauce and noodles and mix nicely. When you add salt keep it in mind
that soy sauce and tomato sauce has salt.

Can i do it with veg instead of mushroom as kids r not liking mushrooms.If possible post recipe of veg fried rice.Many times i tried ,but didnt come out good. My daughter likes that very much.nothing urgent.
