My kids were asking for making chappathi for dinner but i didn't have anything proper to make as subzhi. I thought let me grate the vegetables available and make it. It tasted good. Since the vegetables were more the shape did not came perfect, but it is healthy.
Onion – 1 (small)
Beetroot – 1
Carrot – 1
Raddish – 1
Boiled potato – 1 (small, optional)
Salt, chili powder to taste
Garam masala – ½ tbsp
Besan (Gram flour) – 1 – 2 tbsp
Wheat flour – as required
Finely chop the onions.
Grate beetroot, carrot, raddish . Mash the potato.
In a bowl add all the vegetables , add salt,chili powder, garam masala and besan.
Add required quantity of wheat flour and make a dough.
5. Roll it as chapathis.
