VEGETABLE NOODLES
This is my kids favourite evening snack. When I make this the plate will be empty in minutes.
Ingredients
Noodles – 200 gms
Onion – 1
Capsicum – ½
Carrot – 1
Beans – 4 to 5
Green chili – 2
Tomato sauce , soy sauce as required
Salt to taste
Oil

Method
Cook noodles as per instruction and toss oil to avoid sticking together.
Cut all the vegetables lengthwise.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion and green chili.
Add all the vegetables and saute it.
When the vegetables are cooked add salt, tomato sauce and soy sauce. (If you want more spice you can add chili sauce also).
Add the noodles and mix well.

Noodles look yummy. I add chilli sauce in place of chillies, to avoid biting into it.
vidya can i replace spagati instead of noodles.I have a pack of sphagati lying in my store for a long time.
Yes Jayashri Suresh you can do that, replace spagati in stead of noodels, if you want add some tomatoes too.
Jayasree i have chopped chili lengthwise and removed it before serving, because i made it for kids.
