AAM PANNA

This drink is so refreshing , my kids love to have this, they say it tastes like a lemon juice. Now mangoes are in season. We can make this concentrate and store it in the refrigerator for 10 days.

INGREDIENTS

Raw mango  - 2 nos

Sugar  - 2 cups ( adjust to the sourness of the mango)

Mint leaves - few

 Black salt  to taste

chat masala to taste

METHOD

Peel the skin and chop the mango in to chunks. Add water and pressure cook the mango.

When it is cooked add mint leaves  and blend it nicely.

Add sugar and boil it, until sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes slightly thick.

Let it cool down. Transfer to a fridge container and keep it in fridge.
When you want to serve, take this concentrate  add water, salt and chat masala and serve chilled.
