cooked rice - 1 cup
boiled vegetables (carrots,peas,beans,potatoes) 1 cup
Onions - 1
green chilli - 2 0r 3
garam masala - 1 tsp
for seasoning - cinnamon,clove, oil
coriander for garnishing
1.heat oil in a pan and add cinnamon and clove
2. Add onions and green chilli.
3 add vegetables and garam masala
4. fry it for 2 to 3 minutes and add the cooked rice.
5. serve with raita or plain curd
