MULTIGRAIN ATTA
I used to grind wheat with soy bean for my rotis. One time i bought Multi grain atta of Pillsbury. Then I thought of making multi grain atta in home. I used the ingredients of Kanchi Mavu excluding some things and including some ingredients. The colour will be slightly dark comparing to whole wheat atta but the taste and the soft is so... good. Dosa made out of this flour is so.. crisp and tasty.
WHEAT - 3 KG
OATS - 200 GMS
SOLAM / SORGHUM - 200 GMS
KAMBHU/ PEARL MILLET - 200 GMS
MAIZE / CORN - 200 GMS
BARLEY - 100 GMS
SOY BEAN - 200 GMS
READY FOR GRINDING
the phulka comes real fluffy too.

Good idea to make it at home...I used to buy pillsbury multigrain and used mainly for baking. Dosa with that sounds interesting.
