MANGO MILKSHAKE WITH A TWIST
Hi all,
Back after a long time. This mango milk shake we had in Delhi, it is so filling. They use dry fruits , aam papad etc to make it more tasty.
Ingredients
Mango - 2
Milk - 2 cups
sugar - to taste
rose syrup - 3 tbsp
cashew nuts, dried grapes - 1/4 cup
Aam papad / sweeten mango bars - 3 " piece
vanilla ice cream as required
Method
- peel and cut the mangoes. cut the aam papad into Long strips
- Combine mangoes, milk , sugar , ice cubes in a blender and make shake.
- Pour the shake in a glass and add a scoop of ice cream
- Pour sugar syrup on top of it.
- Garnish with cashews, dried grapes and aam papad.

I am reminded of an ice cream called Gad-bud which sports all of the above things you have mentioned and more may be! The milkshake looks just one whole glass of freshness! very refreshing and filling!

The addition of extra things makes it extra rich and decorative.
Make sure there is not too little ice, the shake may turn out watery. Just make sure you don't put in too much.
