HOMEMADE NUTELLA
Nutella is favourite for all the kids. When I was searching for the homemade nutella recipe, I came across lots of recipes. We have to melt the chocolate in double boiling method, powdered milk etc was given in the recipe. I decided to make with condensed milk and drinking chocolate.It came out well and it tasted yum.
INGREDIENTS
Hazel nuts - 100gms
Milk maid - 5 to 6 tbsp
Drinking chocolate - 3 tbsp
METHOD
Dry roast the nuts and rub vigorously and remove the skin.Powder it using a mixer.
Add milk maid and drinking chocolate to this powder and run the processor for few seconds.
Clean the sides frequently and run it until it blends well.
Delicious spread is ready.
