VEGETABLE BREAD PIZZA

I learnt this recipe from my sister in law. When she came here to Chennai, she taught me. It is so yummy. I have made changes only in the vegetables. You can have a look of my sister in law's (Vibaas)version , Bread Pizza - Kids love it. Now this has become my kids favourite. I made once with pizza base, but i have not taken photo of it.


Ingredients

Bread – 8 slices
Onion – 1
Mushroom – 200 gms
Capsicum – 1
Grated cheese – 1 cup
Tomato sauce – as required
Oregano – ½ tsp
Chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Butter for toasting
Oil



Method

Clean mushrooms and chop it. Chop lengthwise onion and capsicum
Heat oil in a pan and onions and saute it. Add capsicum and mushroom and cook.
When the mushrooms are cooked add chili powder, Salt and oregano.
Apply butter on the both sides of bread and spread the toppings and on the top spread grated cheese liberally.Heat a tawa and cook the bread covered until the cheese melts.
