MIXED VEGETABLE CURRY


This rolls my children love to take for lunch. I learnt this recipe from my AOL basic course teacher. She told me she uses the chicken curry masala for this, Even though my children love this , i love the curry what she makes.




INGREDIENTS

Multi grain atta for making rotis

Onion   2 big
Tomato - 2 big
Cumin seeds  1 tsp(roasted)
 Boiled Potato  - 1
Peas  - 1/ 2 cup
Sweet corn - 1/2 cup
Capsicum - 1
paneer - 1/2 cup
chicken curry masala - 1 tsp
salt as per taste
oil 2 to 3 tbsp

METHOD



In a pan heat oil and saute the onions,



Grind sauted onions , cumin seeds and tomato to a paste.




In a pan heat oil add onion cubes, cubed capsicum , saute for a minute and add sweet corn and peas. saute well.


When the vegetables are cooked add the onion tomato paste and saute, add masala powder and salt. cook for 2 minutes.


After the raw smell goes add the panner and potatoes.





Cook for another 2 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves.

Make rotis and roll and pack them for lunch.
