Healthy Recipes

Everybody knows that during pregnancy we should have healthy food so that the baby grows well. Our food should include vitamins, calcium, Iron etc. I have posted in this month some recipes like that which I have linked back already. Here I have consolidated some of my archived posts to Sangeeth's Event.

This contains both vitamins and protein.

Pumpkin is rich in vitamins and it is very good for health.

This kulambhu contains channa dhall and toor dhall which is rich in protein.

6. Moongdhall Sambhar

This sambhar includes vegetables like carrot, capsicum, beans, onion etc. Moong dhall is rich in protein.

7. Mix Vegetable Paratha

This includes atta , soy flour, vegetables like carrot, beetroot, raddish, onion, and potato. Rich in vitamins and protein.

8. Chickpea Salad

This includes protein rich chick peas, vitamins rich carrot, tomato, cucumber, onion.

This includes chickpeas, onion, cauliflower, carrot etc. Protein rich and vitamin rich.

Carrots which is good in vitamin A leads in this.
