Everybody knows that during pregnancy we should have healthy food so that the baby grows well. Our food should include vitamins, calcium, Iron etc. I have posted in this month some recipes like that which I have linked back already. This includes atta , soy flour, vegetables like carrot, beetroot, raddish, onion, and potato. Rich in vitamins and protein.
8. Chickpea Salad
This includes chickpeas, onion, cauliflower, carrot etc. Protein rich and vitamin rich.
